SMART HUB Logistics can also offer its customers / tenants wide-ranging facility service. Thereby taking a lot of work off your hands, enabling you to fully focus on your core business.
We ensure that the warehouse space you rent is fully suitable for the storage of your goods. We will carefully consider whether there are any specific requirements and regulations that apply to the storage of your products. We ensure that the goods stored under our management are in compliance with all applicable legal obligations. Obviously, within our facility we ensure that the required inspections in connection with fire safety are conducted.
The risk of burglary in our buildings is well covered by, among other things, camera security and automatically self-shutting gates. In addition, we use the services of the security company Securitas Nederland.
In case SMART HUB is not able to meet some very specific storage requirements of (or a part of) your products, we are usually able to find a solution. Our SMART HUB service team will look for alternative storage space, where you will of course also have the benefits of all aspects of our facility service.
If you rent warehouse space in our SMART HUB, you are assured of immediate action in case of breakdowns or malfunctions. We consider this a critical part of our facility service package. After your notification we will act instantly to solve the problem. Usually, we can manage with our own service team, sometimes we have to call in the help from our maintenance partners. In any case, we do everything we can to keep your inconvenience to a minimum. And that effort is appreciated highly by our customers/tenants.
